is an event series focusing on finance & controlling topics relevant
for financial & business management in Sino-German business
community.
作为“中德管理控制论坛”年度会议的延伸，沙龙活动旨在为所有会员创建一个不断学习、分享经验和充实人脉的活动平台。| It aims to become a platform for all community
members who would like to continue their learning, experience sharing
and networking activities between the annual conferences "Sino-German Controlling Forum".
2018年中国管理控制在线平台（CCOC）/ ICV中国 共举办沙龙活动4次，其中3次在上海和周边地区，1次在东北沈阳。| In 2018, China Controlling Online Community (CCOC)/ICV China organized 4 salon events in total, thereof 3 in Shanghai and neighboring area and 1 in the Northeastern city Shenyang.
2019年上半年CCOC/ICV中国计划在上海和周边地区组织以下4次沙龙研讨活动，分别是 | In the first half of 2019, CCOC/ICV China are planning to organize the following four salon events in Shanghai and neighboring area:
精益生产和生产管控， 3月20日太仓 | Lean Manufacturing & Production Controlling, Taicang, March 20th
作业成本法及其在生产企业的落地， 4月18日苏州 | Activity-Based Costing and its Implementation in Manufacturing Business, Suzhou, April 18th
财务职能部门的精益管理， 5月16日，苏州（或太仓）| Lean Admin in Finance, Suzhou (or Taicang), May 16th
办公流程自动化RPA在财务部门的实践， 6月20日，上海 | Practical Experience with Robotic Process Automation RPA in Finance, Shanghai, June 20th
今年的首次沙龙活动将于3月20日在克恩-里伯斯中国集团(KL中国）太仓生产基地举行，KL中国的两位在精益制造和管理控制领域拥有丰富经验的专家届时将与参会者分享他们的实战经验。在演讲和讨论之前，感兴趣的参会者将可以现场参观KL中国的生产车间，以便“亲身体验”本次活动的主题内容。| The first salon event in this year will take place in the production base of Kern-Liebers China in Taicang on March 20th. Two experienced experts in the field of lean manufacturing & controlling at Kern-Liebers China (KL China) will share their practical experience with participants. Before the presentation and discussion session, there will be a guided tour on the shop floor of KL China so that interested participants can have "live experience" with the event topic.
3月20日的沙龙活动由CCOC/ICV中国，上海德商会， 苏州欧洲商会DUSA和太仓欧商投资企业协会TRT合作举办。关于此次活动的更多信息以及网上报名表的链接在这里。| The event on March 20th is co-organized by CCOC/ICV China, German Chamber Shanghai, Suzhou DUSA and Taicang Round Table TRT.
