Excellent controlling capacities and qualified controlling personnel are key factors for a company's success especially in China. While business environment in China is getting tougher and more uncertain these days, enhancing controlling is becoming a top agenda for all companies which would like to improve or optimize profitability and liquidity of business.
The first installment of the Sino-German Controlling Forum in Northeast China provides a platform of networking and exchange for both financial and non-financial executives and professionals in German and Chinese business communities in Northeast China, who would like to improve their controlling practice supporting future growth and performance excellence in China.
