          舍弗勒集团大中华区在这方面已经做了许多尝试，在财务部门也引入了精益管理的思想和实践。此次活动我们邀请到该公司财务共享服务中心的两位专家分享他们的见解、实战经验和心得。在活动期间，您将与发言嘉宾和其他与会者讨论以下共同感兴趣的问题。除此之外，您还将有机会参观舍弗勒大中华区的财务共享服务中心。 | Schaeffler Greater China has made many efforts to introduce Lean management thinking and practice also in the Finance function. Organizing this event, we are inviting two experts from Finance Shared Service team at Schaeffler Greater China to share their insights, practical experiences and lessons learnt. During the event, you will discuss with the VIP speakers and other participants about the following questions of common interest. Besides of this, you will have the opportunity to visit the Finance Shared Service Center of Schaeffler Greater China through a guided tour.

  • 陈朝庭先生（Ted），高级总监，舍弗勒大中华区财务共享服务中心 | Mr. Chen, Chaoting (Ted), Senior Director, FSSC Schaeffler Greater China Page

    

            陈先生负责领导舍弗勒大中华区财务共享服务中心。 在过去的几年里，陈先生一直在推动流程标准化和优化。 他领导了财务领域一些精益项目和IT系统上线项目，比如OCR文档扫描识别项目以及和从采购到付款的作业流程相关的Tradeshift系统项目，提升了财务部门的劳动生产力和效率。
            在2012年加入舍弗勒之前，陈先生曾在通用电气和其他跨国公司工作。 他是FCCA，毕业于上海对外经贸学院会计专业。

    Mr. Chen is leading the Financial Share Service Center. In the past years, Mr. Chen has been driving continuously process standardization and optimization. He led some lean projects and systems introduction such as OCR scanner and Tradeshift for Purchasing-to-pay process, which improved the productivity & efficiency in Finance.

    Before he joined Schaeffler in 2012 Mr. Chen worked in GE and other multinational companies. He is FCCA, majored in Accounting from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.

            刘女士拥有超过20年的财务专业经验，包括项目管理和精益管理。 她在财务流程优化方面拥有丰富的经验，成功开发并实施了财务领域的精益管理系统。她毕业于浙江大学管理与工商管理专业，在生产制造行业企业拥有丰富的工作经验。

    Rebecca Liu has more than 20 years professional experience in Finance, including project management and lean management. She has good experiences on finance process optimization, successfully developed and implemented the lean management system in the Finance area. Rebecca Liu has graduated in Management and Business Administration at Zhejiang University and has rich working experience in manufacturing companies.
